If you don’t know about resetting the subwoofer. you press and hold the volume down button on the soundbar along with the sound effect button on the remote control. Why is My LG Subwoofer Blinking Red?

When red light blinks on the subwoofer it means fully disconnecting the subwoofer from the unit. First of all, we should check the setting of the subwoofer.   •  pressing the Stop Button on the LG Soundbar and the Mute Button on the Remote at the same time. you see a message Remate on the LCD.
  • Then try pressing the Pairing Button on the back of the LG Subwoofer again.
  • After you should see a blue or a yellow light flashing. Now turn the LG Subwoofer back on and check again to see if it is finally paired with the LG Soundbar.
  • After all this procedure subwoofer doesn’t work then you should reset all settings of the subwoofer.

How Do I Reset My LG Wireless Subwoofer?

1: If you want to reset your LG subwoofer without the remote. Press and hold both the button’s input and Bluetooth of your LG soundbar for ten seconds. 

2: If you want to reset your subwoofer with a remote. You should find two buttons. First volume down button from the soundbar and sound effect button from the remote. Then press and hold both buttons at the same time for a few seconds. Then you can see the display reset message on the soundbar screen. 

Why Won’t My Subwoofer Connect To My Soundbar? 

If your subwoofer is not connecting with the soundbar.don’t worry about it. It is a simple issue. First of all, you should check the light on the back of your subwoofer. If the light blinks. Then your subwoofer is connecting with the soundbar. If the light is off. Unfortunately, your subwoofer does not connect with the soundbar. Then check the input and output units and cables of the soundbar and subwoofer. If any cable is in bad condition please change your input and output cables.

How Do I Pair My Subwoofer?

I think Pairing issues in the subwoofer are a simple problem. but if you have some common sense you can easily solve this problem. I have different solutions to this problem. But I will tell you the simple and useful techniques. Please follow its:

1: First of all you should be unplugging both the soundbar and subwoofer for a few seconds. Make sure your both devices should be off now. 

2: Then turn on your subwoofer and press the pairing button. Then you see the light blinking quickly. Its lights are located on the backside of the subwoofer.

3: Turn on the soundbar with the remote then press the dim display button for 5 seconds then press the plus and minus buttons on the bass. 

If you have not solved this problem. according to my experience. Please rest for a few minutes. Then again apply this method. I hope you will be successful in your issues.

How Do I Know If My LG Subwoofer is Working?

When both devices are powered on, please make the sure soundbar and subwoofer are powered on. At this time there will be a blinking LED light on the subwoofer. Then both devices take a few seconds to communicate with each other. then the LED light goes to solid green and stops blinking of light. Then it is confirmed your subwoofer and soundbar connect. 

If the LED light blinks but does not connect. there can occur two major problems with hardware or software. But you dont know where creates problems in the subwoofer. I think most problems are simple problems created in the software setting of the subwoofer. Please reset the setting of the subwoofer. There are 80% of problems that can solve. Then check your basic hardware input and output cables and components of the subwoofer. There create a 5% issues deeply in hardware which we cannot solve.
